- All our operating procedures will be adhering to HSE and Government Guidelines
- Upon arrival hand sanitizing will be essential
- Keep to physical distance guidelines when at the meeting point. If arriving as a family/household group please keep 2m apart from the staff and other members of the public
- Equipment will be laid out for each person and if changing we ask that you go to your car to get kitted out.
- All equipment is disinfected before and after each use.
- Questionnaires and disclaimers will be signed before the activity.
- Pre booking is preferable either online or over the phone.
- Government restrictions on travel for level 3 and above must be adhered to by all clients.
- Guides will meet you on arrival and go through all procedures in place
- Please follow all instructions from the guides at all times while on site
